For this type of patients it can be applied a simple treatment that consists of just about 3 or 4 implants connected to a bar type “Ackerman” that allows a retention implant mucosupported.
Another much more comfortable option that requires a larger number of implants are removable implant supported prosthesis, that on a milled bar joins all the implants and a lock system prevents the detachment of the prosthesis without the patient disabling the locksystem.
This prosthesis is ideal for patients who have suffered a marked bone resorption and that require its replacement in order to get a facial bioaesthetic supporting the set-gold facial.
