Cemented (Supra and Infra Structure)

This technique allows us to obtain a result of join of all implants without the technical difficulties involving the rehabilitation of maxillary or mandibular with one piece.

It consists of the join of a number of implants through the infrastructure by allowing at the same time that the suprastructure is of a small number of pieces, and joins all limplants.

Another advantage of this type of prosthesis is the easy repair of any problems that may arise due to trauma or any other possibility, because we are talking about three or four prosthetic elements.

Cemented provisional (Abutment implant)

This type of prosthesis allows to obtain emergent profiles that completely copy the tooth to be restored.

This technique has two variants: the first is done on castable that facilitate for its remodeling and subsequent cast total individualization of its shape screwing directly to the implant and adapting over them a cover that reconstructs the crown anatomy of the piece or pieces to be restored.

The second variant provides a system of implant abutment in titanium that, previously milled, results in a similar situation to the previous one. In this system you can incorporate a screw through lingual so that it can be removed more easily.

Screwed

Following the prosthetic sequences of Dr Branemark, screwed prosthesis is the most efficient so that the clinician can remove it easily both for the controls both of the oral hygiene and for any time that an unexpected problem may arise (broken due to trauma) .

This technique is limited to the fact that the placement of implants has an emergence of the screws in areas that do not affect the bioaesthetic.

We create structures, hybrids bars, crowns and bridges, design of pink ceramic, waxed diagnosis, immediate loading, guided surgery and laser bonding both through traditional system and through the innovative milling techniques.
