Our lab has decades of experience and it has been adapting the production methods and the technological evolution of all kinds of dental prostheses.

Creating a team with dentists and stomatologists is among the goals of J.M.Pelegrí S.L. by offering comprehensive technical support from early diagnosis to completion of treatment, including maintenance.

Our staff is composed of 60 workers, including both technical and administrative personnel, all of them with permanent contracts. Our facilities are located in an perfectly communicated industrial area in Girona nord.

The fusion of tradition and modernity, thanks to the experience acquired over time has always allowed us to adapt to technological and digital advances and adopt the most precise machines in the market.

Laboratory J.M.Pelegrí S.L. was founded by Josep Montero Pelegrí, current Manager and Technical Director. The company was located in an attic in Ballesteries street in Girona. Later, the company moved to the floor of the building located in 17, Sardeña street in Girona, which is the current location with denomination J.M. Pelegrí S.L.

Nowadays, the Technical Directorate is shared with Jordi Montero Murcia.

J.M.Pelegrí S.L. specializes in designing and manufacturing all kinds of dental prostheses, which performs in all its phases in its premises, and it has high precision and last generation machinery such as five-axis milling machines, ovens, lasers and digital technologies, CAD / CAM, which allow the application of the most advanced techniques such as laser and fusion bonding and strained metal injection technique using high frequency vacuum. The use of ceramic art allows us to achieve fully customized results.

All manufacturing processes are certified by AENOR.

Our professional team has expanded entitled with the time and has always followed the philosophy of stability that characterizes us to offer a line of consistent and continuous quality work.

Our information management system allows us to provide our clients any information on the work already performed. Furthermore, we can have any job under construction permanently computer located.

We have several resources for training, such as a laboratory for courses, meeting room and audiovisual equipment, which allow to develop the achievements of the company, which is the training of our staff in the most advanced techniques.
